1. How does device offboarding work with Lendis? It's simple: you enter the return request in LendisOS or get in touch with your contact person. From then on, we will take care of everything from the shipping label to collection and recycling.
2. Do we have to take care of shipping or scheduling ourselves? No. Lendis takes care of everything. We provide packaging material, coordinate the collection directly with the employee and ensure a smooth return.
3. What happens to the data on the devices? On request, we delete all data with certified Blancco software: GDPR-compliant and audit-proof. You will receive a deletion log as proof for your IT and compliance department.
4. Can devices be stored temporarily? Yes, Lendis offers a flexible storage concept with no minimum transit times. We store devices that you will need again later and keep them ready for use.
