On request, we can integrate your new devices directly into an existing MDM solution and configure the iPads before shipping - for example with an MDM system such as Apple Business Manager. This saves time and ensures uniform security settings.

### What happens in the event of a defect or theft?

Defective devices are repaired or replaced by us - the service is already included in the rental and all devices are insured. If a device is stolen, we require proof of the police report for insurance reasons. We will then immediately arrange a replacement device.

### How is it ensured that no company data remains on the devices?

After the return, we delete all data in compliance with the GDPR using certified Blancco software.
